The 411

This blog is to chronicle our journey to our new daughter (to be). Of course, I'll probably add my own opinions about everything else in the universe while I'm at it. We began the process to adopt a little girl from China in July of 2006. Our dossier was sent to China on October 26, 2006 and our official log in date with the China Center for Adoption Affairs is November 23, 2006. We are currently waiting for official approval to adopt from the CCAA although it will probably be a while. As yet, no one from our agency has been turned away after getting this far. But there's always a first time for everything and I'll probably breathe a lot easier once we're past this point. Until then, I hope you'll join us as we anxiously await that first look at Danielle Jadyn; that moment when first we meet the next member of our family. And I hope you'll keep us in your prayers.
