Orange rolls don't always work out simply because the orange flavor doesn't really come through unless you add a significant amount of it. Orange marmalade is usually a better choice to get that orange flavor.
But you can use pretty much any yeast roll recipe and throw in a 1/4 cup of orange marmalade to make them. Instead of using cinnamon, sugar and butter for the filling, you can mix together butter, sugar and orange zest although I still threw in some more marmalade. Then top them off with a glaze of powdered sugar, orange juice and orange zest.
The orange flavor is still somewhat subtle but it makes for a nice change of pace. And if you have oranges sitting in your fridge (or juice or marmalade for that matter), it can be a nice way to use them up.
Orange Roll variation
Add 1/4 cup orange marmalade to cinnamon roll dough (like this one) AND/OR substitute orange juice for milk.
For filling: Mix together softened butter, 1/2 to 1 cup white sugar, and 3 Tablespoons grated orange zest. Add a tablespoon or two of orange marmalade, if desired.
For glaze: Mix together 1/2 cup to 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 Tablespoon orange juice and 1/8 teaspoon grated orange zest.

Oh man! You are killing me! That looks wonderful. I don't have any oranges on hand, but I may have to correct that situation tomorrow. Glad to see a Monday Menu!
