First rung in the summer reading program at the library = 10 books read (or read to in her case) which in turn = a free cookie dough from Papa Murphy's, a free medium tots from Sonic, and a toy from the treasure chest.
Woo hoo! (She was pretty stoked about the cookie dough.)
