So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up. Galatians 6:9

Define Irony

Ever since Hubby was a little boy, he has been a comic fan. That was true even when he and I were dating.

And, like a good girlfriend, I would go along with him to those stores. I always wondered why they never (not a single store) had benches for girlfriends/wives to wait on.

One of his favorite comic book stores was near my home. And, as it turned out, one of the employees who was usually there was a boy I had grown up with. We had attended school together and even the same daycare.

I can remember Hubby's best friend teasing him about it. He wondered if Hubby shouldn't be a little concerned.

Hubby's reply was something to the effect of "I don't think I need to be concerned about a guy whose dinner conversation would be about Spiderman."

Guess what our conversation was about the other night over our homemade pizza dinner.

Okay. Okay. It wasn't about Spiderman.

It was about Superman.

And the Justice League.
