First you need the construction materials. Then you knead the construction materials.
I know, that's not funny. Except to me.
It's my sick sense of humor. Just go with it.
Then you cut out the pieces. (Sometimes this requires an engineer. Or someone with skill.)
You let the pieces bake nice and sturdy.
Then you glue it together with sweet sticky mortar that dries very hard.
Once you have the frame up, you need the exterior decorators. You may have to threaten grounding if they don't keep their hands away from the lens.
And when you're done, you'll have a nice new house that any Hansel and Gretel witch would be proud to own.
Or maybe two.
If you're really lucky.
You might even get a neat wall decoration that spells "leave" when put together.
Hmmm.
