Every time I take Emily anywhere, she gets a lot of attention. She almost always gets a 'hello' or a comment about how pretty she is. People just line up to speak to her. Now that she is a little more comfortable in public, she will occasionally deign to speak to them too.
And she usually gets offerings as well.

Most often its a sucker. Sometimes it's a sticker. Occasionally its a cookie. Yesterday we went to Wal-Mart and she walked out with a lollipop and a little American flag.

The ever constant wind here showed her what to do with it as we walked through the parking lot. She spent the next while waving it around and laughing like a loon.

I'm telling you, though, she cleans up no matter where we go.
If it had been a dollar every time instead of candy, stickers, or toys, the adoption trip would have been paid for by now.
