Busy, Busy

The best thing about doing the virtual school is being able to control your schedule. It looks like, barring incident, Dude will be able to finish by Wednesday just staying on track. If he feels like doing more on any day, it could be sooner.

I just told him last night that it doesn't matter if it's virtual school, home school, or private school -- I am always glad for summer to get here. It's just so nice being able to do whatever or nothing. And know that tomorrow will be just as unscheduled. I love weekends like that too.

We don't/didn't have a single weekend like that this month. Dude will be on a camp out with Scouts this weekend. And we will be serving the Senior students and their families at the Senior brunch (because we are a Junior student/family). Next year it will be our turn to be served.

Then Hubby leaves for a business trip all week only to return on Friday and head to Arkansas for the weekend with my Mom. We'll get back just in time for a doctor appointment and a violin lesson on Tuesday. And then Scout camp in June.

Maybe after all that we can enjoy some of those nothing days. Maybe.
