We made it back from our trip to Eureka Springs, Arkansas for our girl's weekend. We all had a good time. Rugrat was doted on, Chick managed to get some shopping done (both for herself and for Christmas), and I enjoyed some relaxing and visiting.
Eureka Springs is another one of those shopping tourist attractions that is built into steep hills. I'm not sure how this came about really but it seems to be a popular choice for such places. So we got some exercise while we were there.
It's full of little shops and cafes -- always fun to explore. And we stayed at a very cool cabin. One that had 6 deer wandering about outside as we arrived.
I'll share some pictures tomorrow. It was fun but I am glad to be home too.
