So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up. Galatians 6:9

Blessed is she who has believed that what the Lord has said to her will be accomplished! Luke 1:45

Blue Skies

I've thought several times that, while the weather here in Oklahoma is crazy and scary a whole lot, it also produces some truly beautiful skies.

I'm slowly becoming addicted to taking pictures of them.

These were on two different days. And they were taken WITH my cell phone THROUGH a car window. So imagine how gorgeous they were for real.

The funniest part is that they almost look un-real -- like something someone painted or created. I keep trying to think of a way to use these kinds of pictures as a background for something.

We had a fun Valentine's Day. One of the reasons was the homemade sugar cookies!

Mildly Disturbing

Found this the other day. What has Rugrat done to her poor Ken doll? Isn't he tortured enough with that terrible haircut? And now this?

I can't decide if this is funny or weird. How 'bout you?

Curiosity

This is a common scene in our home. Rugrat likes to stretch across Hubby so that she can look at whatever he is watching or playing on the laptop.

I guess there are others who like to check out what's on the laptop too. :)

This is the picture we recently took for our church directory. I really like it and think it turned out well.

Mud Bug!

One of Rugrat's favorite things to do is play in the dirt, it seems.

This particular picture was taken on Sunday night...

About 30 minutes before we were supposed to leave for service.

Needless to say, we didn't go. I stuck her in the tub and 'showered' her off.

Lots of brown water.

Lots of pride too (after all she was taking a shower like other big girls do).

 Spring is coming!

Our baby Granny Smith apple tree

 which has blooms !!!!!

My comfrey apparently made it through the winter too.

both of them!

I don't think the thyme ever even suffered a little. This must be it's preferred habitat.

Hopefully the predicted freeze over this next weekend won't kill everything that is just now showing us it survived.
