We received our CCAI newsletter in the mail today and I realized something. My husband and I were born/raised in Arkansas. Arkansas's team is the Razorbacks.
Our new Chinese daughter will be born in (cross your fingers) this Chinese year which happens to be the year of the ... ta da da... BOAR. We had planned to raise our little darling to be a Razorback but we won't have to. She'll start out as one! How cool is that!
And, by the way, red is a lucky color in China. There's two in our favor.
