Happenings

Sorry, I kind of fell out of the loop there a bit. This week has been a little crazy. Wednesday was the kid's last day of school before spring break. They had their Easter parties that day. So I had mommy duty at one of them. And mommy duty beforehand making snacks.

Then Thursday, I started out the day with one of my infamous blood donations. For the first time in a while, I managed to make it through without getting dizzy or sick or embarrassing myself with any number of happenings. We ran several errands too. And I ended the day by picking Keith up from the airport. Yay! He's home.

Today I had work. And we just got back from spending the evening watching the Razorback game with the small contingent of fans here in Charleston. By the way, if you're in Charleston, I highly recommend Bobby Hartins Grill and Bar. The food was wonderful and the service was great. I'm not much of a sports girl but I really enjoyed myself. And it didn't even bother me that I was the only girl there. Yep. Me and about 8 or 9 men in a sports bar. Yet I live -- and had a good time. How 'bout that.

Have a great Easter everyone.

I can't believe you can still bring yourself to go give blood. You're a brave soul...

Oh, I did make those muffins. They came out good. I will probably post the recipes (I made banana muffins and chocolate muffins) on my blog soon, so check for that. :)
