Surprise, Surprise!

Friday was the Dude's birthday (I know I've only mentioned it six zillion times already) and he got a big surprise on Thursday night.

Granny flew in to enjoy it with him. He didn't know she was coming though and didn't even realize that I had left the house to go pick her up. So he turned around to say something to Hubby and there she suddenly was standing in his room.

He was flabbergasted. I wish I had a picture of his face. It was too too funny.

Faces must have been the thing for this birthday though. Because he also didn't hear Granny tell the server that it was his birthday at Texas Roadhouse. That face was grinning though.

He didn't mind the chocolate cake drizzled with whipped cream and chocolate syrup either.
