Here's a picture of our new bathroom per a couple of requests. I still need to put the sealing strip on the tub. But I think it looks pretty good for our first time tiling a floor. I know the decorating isn't terribly exciting but, if you had seen it before, you would know how much better it looks now. And I think that's what I like. It's very simple and clean. Everytime I walk in there, I smile.
(and yes, I know our shower curtain is a little juvenile, but it's about the only thing I haven't replaced in there yet.)

Good job! It looks great. My parents do stuff like that on their own, but the idea totally intimidates me. Though, as a relatively new homeowner, I'm learning that a house that is yours teaches you new handy-man skills on a regular basis. So, maybe I will be tiling my own floors one day....
