The Dude can be a smarty pants sometimes. He came by it honestly.
Tonight's conversation in the car on the way home after a late evening.
BB: As soon as we get home, take a quick shower and get in the bed.
Dude: Okay
Hubby: Why don't you just use spit on him? It'd be faster.
BB: (ugly look in Hubby's direction)
Hubby: (persisting) Mom spit. It's the all-purpose cleaner right. (smarty pants grin)
BB: (uglier look in Hubby's direction)
Dude: She could just lick me, like a cat.
BB: (ugly look in Dude's direction)
Hubby: (laughing)
Hubby: (grinning smarty pants grin again and taking his life in his hands)
Hubby: (much more sober but still grinning) You want your mom to clean you like a cat does?
Dude: I think I'll take a shower.
