Hubby had to go out of town again this week so our menu isn't terribly difficult. We'll be enjoying Pigs In Blankets (hot dogs rolled in crescent roll dough and baked) with a light dipping sauce (mustard).
We also plan to enjoy some gourmet (boxed) Macaroni and Cheese. We may even have Brinner at some point (breakfast for dinner). And, of course, there is always the elusive Take Out.
So, I'm afraid my Monday's Menu is a little lacking this week. So sorry. I'll try harder next week. :)
