This year we went to Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine, Texas. While it was fun, we had thought that it was more for families with tweens and teens. Turns out it is mostly for families of toddlers and young children.
So we were a little old to be there even with my teen in tow.
I also didn't realize that people who were not at the hotel could purchase a pass and go in. Part of the appeal to me was that it would only be people in the hotel so I was a little disappointed that wasn't the case. It tended to make for a very busy, very loud place.
Oh, well. It's good that we enjoy each other's company anyway.
A couple pictures we managed to get shortly before my sister-in-law made it and then we just spent time together.
