Oops. It's already 2:00 and I haven't posted.
This is something you might want to brush on to the breadsticks from last week. It also works well for making toast with sandwich bread or a sliced french loaf. Or try grilling a steak or chicken breast and brushing this on. Yum -- meee!
Garlic Butter
1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground paprika
In a small bowl, combine softened butter or margarine, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Season with garlic powder, salt, Italian seasoning, pepper and paprika. Mix until smooth.
Keep in fridge in airtight container.
