So this is a time line I was putting together for her book. I thought I'd share it.
Application to Agency - July 2006
DTC (dossier to China) - 10-26-06
LID (Log-in Date for dossier in China) - 11-23-06
LOI (Letter of Intent for Emily) - 9-17-10
Pre-approval by China - 9-28-10
Match Day - 10-01-10
Travel Approval - 12-13-10
Yep. That's right. We got our travel approval yesterday. Now you know what all that whooping and hollering was about.
Now we are getting an appointment with the consulate and then we'll buy plane tickets. By the end of the week, we should know exactly when we'll leave. yayyy!
