How about some pictures from our most recent trip to Arkansas on Labor Day weekend?
Of course, one highlight was getting to try out Granny's new pool...
It took some convincing (and she never did do it without holding on to my hand) but Rugrat eventually got to the point that she would jump off the top step into the water.
She didn't even seem to mind if she went under a little bit or if the water got in her face.
We had a great time. It was nice to just hang out after some grill food and chat. It seems like that doesn't happen nearly often enough anymore.
