Donation

Rugrat's hair had gotten really long. It grows quite fast so we decided to get it cut. It had gotten long enough that it was still in the soapy water after we rinsed it out during her bath.

And it was getting to the point that she would soon be sitting on it.

We decided to donate it.

She knows that we mailed it to help sick people. I sent it to Pantene's Beautiful Lengths program. They use it (along with others) to make wigs for women who have lost their hair due to cancer treatments. And it's my understanding that they do that and provide them to the women for free.

I think Rugrat is awfully cute with her shorter hair. So does she. And she's very excited about it.

After being surprised by how thick her ponytail was, I'm sure now that Pantene will probably be pretty excited by what they're about to get in the mail too.
